How to run a giveaway with the raffle wheel

  1. Collect your entrants’ names or handles and paste them in, one per line. You can import a .txt or .csv export from your form or spreadsheet.
  2. If an entrant earned extra entries, list them once per entry, or turn on weights and write Name *3.
  3. Click Shuffle, then spin on stream or screen-share so everyone sees the draw live.
  4. Winners are removed automatically, so you can keep spinning for 2nd and 3rd prize without repeats.
  5. Copy the draw receipt or export the results as a CSV to post with your winner announcement.

What is a draw receipt?

Every spin on this page creates a receipt with a draw ID, the exact time in UTC, the number of entries, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the entry list.

The fingerprint changes completely if even one name is added, removed, or edited. Publish your entrant list next to the receipt and anyone can check that the list you spun is the list you announced. Free online SHA-256 tools will compute it from the same names, one per line.

Tips for a fair, transparent raffle

  • Announce the rules, the closing time, and the number of winners before you spin.
  • Remove duplicate or ineligible entries before the draw, not after.
  • Record the screen or stream the spin, and keep the exported CSV.
  • Check your local laws and the platform’s promotion rules. Paid-entry raffles are regulated in many US states.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pick multiple winners?

Yes. Winners are removed automatically on this page, so just spin again for each prize. The Results tab lists them in order.

How do I prove the giveaway wasn’t rigged?

Share the draw receipt along with your entrant list and a recording of the spin. The SHA-256 fingerprint shows the list wasn’t changed, and the wheel’s randomness comes from your browser’s cryptographic generator.

Can I import entries from Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube comments?

Export or copy the commenters into a spreadsheet or text file, then paste or import the list here. We don’t connect to social accounts, which keeps your data private.
